DIY: Shows Bomb
about 10 pc
5 cans bicarbonate
water
essential oils
Mix bicarbonate and water to a thick mass . Pour the batter into the molds. Use muffin cups or permanent molds. Place the molds on a baking sheet and place in the oven at 175 degrees for 20-30 minutes. They will was through dry and tough when they are ready. Let cool , then drip over your chosen oils. Suffice it 2-3 drops of each shower bomb. Keep shower bombs in a glass jar with lid (some oils may smell very strong) .
Essential oils
Essential oils are plant extracts from flowers, leaves , trees and roots that have been used for thousands of years . They affect our body with its herbal qualities and our emotional states with their scent . Remember that essential oils are concentrates. They are flammable , should not come in contact with the eyes and should be kept away from children . The oils we chose to shower bombs were:
eucalyptus
Opens the airways . Prevents and relieves colds. Expectorants and luftanticeptisk . Seems bracing and supports concentration.
lavender
Soothing and healing. Can be used for wound cleansing , burns , blemishes, insect bites, itching , swelling , muscle , headaches and sleep problems.
bergamot
Uplifting , liberating and balancing . Good for stress and depression. For smoothing of space and body .

Печь.

1) Температура в русской печи действительно падает быстро, поскольку печь не топят долго (не прогревают полностью). Поэтому тепло просто "диффундирует" от прогретого свода по всей массе. Это происходит достаточно быстро - в течении двух-трех часов.
2) Шесток используют для готовки на сковородке. Сверху (искоса) идет инфракрасное излучение от прогретого свода (когда печь еще горит его не используют). Быстро пожарить мясо-сало-грибы-яичницу - это все на нем.
Кроме того, я слышал что в пространство между шестком и дымоходом подвешивали куски мясо. Крючья для этого я видел, но всю технологию процесса не знаю. Может так и получаются "куры шестные"
3) Подтопок в основном используют для того, чтобы не дымила основная печь. Если дымоход холодный это обязательно случится.

Делаем ленточный фундамент для бани.
Делаем ленточный фундамент для бани | Давай попаримся:
При помощи рулетки, угольника и бечевки последовательно размечаем и вбиваем колышки по углам внешнего контура.
Чтобы выдержать углы под 90 градусов, руководствуемся следующей схемой:
Проводим прямую линию от угла C и по краю предполагаемого периметра до точек A и B.
Устанавливаем точку позиционирования на угле c и отмеряем два одинаковых отрезка A-C и C-B.
При помощи веревки очерчиваем дугу с центром в точке A и радиусом 2400 мм. Этот размер взят для наглядности, главное, чтобы он был больше A-B. Чем больше этот радиус, тем выше будет точность.
То же самое выполняем из точки C.
Проводим прямую линию, соединяя точку C и D, и получаем прямой угол.
Когда все колышки будут вбиты, надо проверить правильность разметки. Для этого веревкой замеряем обе диагонали. Они должны быть равны или, в крайнем случае, отличаться не более чем на 20 мм.
